14 days, no questions asked

Rowdy Arena is sold by Viral Worx LLC. You can have a refund within 14 days of paying, no questions asked. A purchase and a Studio upgrade each have their own 14 days, counted from their own payment.

How to ask

• Yourself, on My license. Open My license and sign in with the email you bought with. We send a one-time link, so there is no password. Press Refund next to the order. The button shows only on orders that can still be refunded.
• By email. Write to support@rowdyarena.com within the 14 days and tell us the email you bought with. Write to us too if the Refund button does not work.

The money goes back through Stripe to the payment you made, including any sales tax or VAT you paid.

What happens to your key

• Refunding a purchase turns the license off. It also refunds any Studio upgrade on that license: on My license, both happen in one step, and when you ask by email, we refund both payments.
• Refunding a Studio upgrade on its own undoes the upgrade, and the license goes back to Creator. The PC that was activated first keeps its place, and the PCs freed this way do not count as PC moves.
• If support refunds only part of a payment, the license stays active.

When a purchase is refunded, the key stops working once Rowdy Arena checks in and restarts. After that, Rowdy Arena on the PC is the free version: the full game with the watermark.

When an upgrade is refunded on its own, the license goes back to Creator, with 1 PC, at the same point: once Rowdy Arena checks in and restarts. Rowdy Arena never takes features away in the middle of a session, so a stream in progress is not cut short.

AI co-host packs

• A pack can be refunded within 14 days of paying, from My license, and only while none of its lines have been used. Its 14 days count from its own payment. Refunding a pack removes its lines.
• Refunding the license itself ends its AI co-host, packs included, and does not refund them. If you want a pack's payment back too, refund any unused pack first.
• The monthly co-host lines that come with a license are not sold separately, so they have nothing to refund.

After 14 days

The Refund button on My license goes away. If you think something went wrong with your order, write to support@rowdyarena.com.
