Who sells Rowdy Arena
Rowdy Arena is sold by Viral Worx LLC, 168 Reservoir Road, Parsippany, NJ 07054, USA. For anything about these terms, your license or an order, write to support@rowdyarena.com.
Orders go through Link, a Stripe service, which is the merchant of record for each payment: it charges you, adds and pays any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to buy a license. TikTok lets only people 18 or older go LIVE.
Your license
- You pay once for a license. It is a one-time payment with no subscription.
- The license covers the number of PCs that goes with it: Creator: 1 PC. Studio: 3 PCs.
- Updates are free.
- A license can move to another PC up to 5 times in 30 days. You free a PC from My license or with "Remove this PC" in the Rowdy Arena control panel. A PC you remove on My license goes back to the free version once Rowdy Arena on it checks in and restarts.
- If you own Creator, you can upgrade to Studio from My license.
- A license lets you use Rowdy Arena on the PCs it covers. It does not sell you Rowdy Arena itself, which stays the property of Viral Worx.
The AI co-host and line packs
- A Creator or Studio license includes an optional AI voice for your LIVE, the AI co-host. It is off until you turn it on, it is labelled "AI co-host" on screen, and it is not available in the free version, except Hear a sample.
- It works in lines. About 180 lines make an hour. Currently Creator includes 1,800 lines a month (about 10 hours) and Studio 5,400 (about 30 hours), shared by the 3 PCs of a Studio license. We may change these amounts for future months.
- The monthly lines reset on the 1st of each month (UTC), and unused monthly lines do not carry over.
- A line pack adds lines to one license. Once you buy a pack, its lines never expire. The monthly lines are used first, then packs, oldest first. The price shows at checkout.
- When a license is refunded, disputed or turned off, its AI co-host ends with it, packs included. Packs are refunded as the Refunds page says.
Prices and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and you see the total before you pay. Checkout can show the amount in your own currency.
What a license does not allow
- Sharing, selling or publishing your key, or using it on more PCs than your license covers.
- Selling or renting Rowdy Arena, or offering changed copies of it.
- Removing the free version's watermark in any way other than with a key.
- Taking Rowdy Arena apart or changing it to get around its license check, except where the law allows that anyway.
When a license is turned off
- When its purchase is refunded (see Refunds).
- While a card payment for it is disputed with the bank. It is turned back on if the dispute is closed in our favor.
- When it is used against these terms, for example a key shared in public.
On its PCs, Rowdy Arena then works as the free version, the same way as after a refund. If you think a license was turned off by mistake, write to support@rowdyarena.com.
The free version
Rowdy Arena is free to download and use. The free version is the full game with a Rowdy Arena watermark on screen. A Creator or Studio key takes the watermark off.
TikTok
Not affiliated with TikTok. Rowdy Arena is not made, endorsed or run by TikTok.
Rowdy Arena reads public LIVE events only. It never asks for a TikTok login.
TikTok can change its service at any time, so Rowdy Arena cannot promise that it will keep working with TikTok. No warranty covers that.
Your stream
- You are responsible for your LIVE and for following TikTok's rules, including its Community Guidelines and its rules for LIVE and for gifts. Do not use Rowdy Arena to ask viewers for gifts or to promise anything in return for a gift.
- TikTok alone decides what happens to your LIVEs and your account. Viral Worx is not responsible if TikTok limits, ends or bans a LIVE or an account.
- You need the rights to the music, images, logos and text you add to Rowdy Arena and show on your LIVE.
- Rowdy Arena shows your viewers' public names and profile pictures on your screen. Use them only on your LIVE and as TikTok's rules and the law allow.
- You are responsible for what the AI co-host says on your LIVE, and you can mute it at any time.
In-game rewards
All in-game rewards are virtual and have no cash value.
No warranty
Rowdy Arena is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Viral Worx gives no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that Rowdy Arena is fit for a particular purpose, runs without errors or interruptions, or keeps working with TikTok. You can try the full game in the free version before you pay, and get a refund within 14 days of paying.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Viral Worx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost income, lost followers, lost data or a LIVE that is cut short, or for what TikTok does to your LIVE or your account. Its total liability for any claim about Rowdy Arena is limited to what you paid for your license.
Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law where you live allows. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
Governing law
If something goes wrong, write to support@rowdyarena.com first, and we will try to put it right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. A dispute about Rowdy Arena goes to the state or federal courts in New Jersey. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country whose law protects you, you also keep that protection and can bring a claim in the courts where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms that applied when you paid still apply to that purchase.
